Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation:

Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing their order, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone with their order details.

 

  1. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

If an order is successfully canceled within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on their bank or payment provider.

 

  1. Custom or Personalized Items:

Please note that custom-made or personalized Rudraksha beads may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has begun. Customers will be informed of this at the time of purchase.

If customers receive their order and wish to return or exchange it, they can refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.

 

  1. Out of Stock Items:

In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed, we will promptly notify the customer. Customers can then choose to receive a refund or select an alternative item.
